Custom skins won't show up after restarting the game

After updating the game and launch it, I found that my custom skin had turned into a gray item. When I opened the Dressing room, it displayed the message 'A local or platform skin could not be loaded,' and then the skin changed to a non-classic skin. At first, I thought this was an issue with my skin, so I re-imported the custom skin and restarted the game, but then my custom skin reverted to a non-classic skin.
