Ghast spawn frequency is bad

(This is for version 1.26.52.3. There's no option for that specific version in the form.)

• This is an old problem and it still hasn't been really solved.

• Ghasts spawn too often. Around 11 ghasts in ~12 minutes. Because of this, it is impossible to explore the Nether.

• How can you replicate this? Just go into the Nether and wander around for a bit.

• And I specifically set the distance simulation to 8. It hardly helps.

• Regarding the video and the counter, I started recording after I had already killed one ghast (and at least 3 more before that). And I tried my best to make it shorter.
