Jpeg skins not loading properly.

Everytime i close minecraft, is resets my custom jpeg skin to one fo the basic default skins, it doesn’t affects capes.

How to reproduce the issue:

1)Open minecraft bedrock

2)go to the dressing room

3)Create a new character

4)click classic skin

5)select import skin and import your jpeg

6)exit and save

7)Relaunch minecraft bedrock

Expected result: the skin on the main menu and in-game is your custom skin

Actual result: the skin on the main menu and in-game is one of the default skins
