Ice crystal will block dispenser shooting projectiles

Ice crystal, if placed on the mouth of the dispenser, will block the dispenser shooting projectiles.

• Steps to reproduce the issue
  1. Create a new world with creative mode and drop 4 2026 exp.
  2. Place a dispenser, and fill some projectiles into it (like fireballs, splash potions, snowballs, etc).
  3. Place an ice crystal on the mouth of the dispenser. Place a lever on the side of the dispenser.
  4. Trigger the lever.

• Expected result
  The projectiles can be shot successfully through the ice crystal.
  Comparative experiment: Place amethyst bud on the mouth of the dispenser. The projectiles can be shot successfully through the amethyst bud.

• Actual result
  The projectiles will be blocked, immediately destroyed, and cannot get through the ice crystal.
