The character / skin on the right, below the username / gamertag in the new main menu (in Ore UI) seemingly runs at half the max framerate (i.e. 30FPS for the skin if the game runs at 60FPS).
Steps to reproduce (OreUI main menu only):
Make sure you received the new main menu UI (in Ore UI), and have a display running at 60Hz (or have framerate limit of 60FPS in the game, but the less the framerate limit, the more obvious the issue)
rotate the character / skin (below the username / gamertag) or move the cursor so the character / skin rotates the head
Observe if it is smooth (by smooth, it means it doesn’t pause every other frame)
Expected result: like the JSON UI character preview from “spinning a character in Character Creator JSON UI.mp4“, the character / skin should turn / rotate smoothly
Observed result (see “character jitter while being rotated in OreUI main menu.mp4“): The character / skin stutters (pauses for 1 frame, and then update it) while turning or being rotated, and it’s less smooth (laggier) than that from JSON UI (can be accessed by going to the Dressing Room, and then rotating the character / skin in Character Creator / Classic Skins tab). In the debug text, it doesn’t seem to have overall frame rate drop while the character / skin is being turned.
