Local skin could not be loaded

Hello dear,

I'd like to report a bug in the skin menu. It occurs when I install my custom skin (aka local skin) from my gallery. Then, I relogged the game and the skin reset to default. The message "Local skin cannot be loaded" appears.

Please fix this bug immediately, try to fix this most annoying bug.

Thank you, warm regards ~ amitaya
