Blast furnace eats everything

I tried to smelt raw iron with charcoal in my blast furnace. There were 8 charcoal and 14 raw iron. I mined one tree and then i checked on the iron and it was all gone. There was no charcoal or iron ingots in my blast furnace. It even kicks me out of the blast furnace befor eit happends. The 5 iron i had were for the cauldron i wanted to craft. I only had a add on turned on called "water and temperature system v1.10.1"
