Pufferfish sound event does not match the current id

Everything on Pufferfish has "pufferfish" in the id. In 26.60.29 Beta & Preview, developer fix an issue for incorrect closed captions on this mob, as the changelog state:

• Cod, Pufferfish, Salmon, and Tropical Fish have the correct closed caption when killed

• Pufferfish, Salmon, Tropical Fish, and Elder Guardians have the correct closed caption when hurt

• Pufferfish, Salmon, Tropical Fish, Tadpole, and Elder Guardian have the correct closed caption when flopping

However, pufferfish sound event does not match the current id.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open sound_definitions.json files

2. Find mob.puffer and observe

3. Join the world and observe the game id
