Update button in the marketplace doesnt work

I tried updating actions and stuff by oreville studio and the update button didnt do anything. And sometimes when i press on a marketplace icon that also doesnt work. I recorded a video so it can be watched but i really dont know whats happening. I also waited 5 minutes after pressing the button once but that didnt work
