Can't exit downloading screen

I was updating my pack actions and stuff and when I try to download it it doens let me, and if i want to cancel, i cant cancel the download. I was just starting the download, and I’ve been like 15 minutes on this screen.

(I’m starting to think I wasted my minecoins for nothing :[ )
