Settings and Custom Skins Reset on Logout

The profanity filter toggle keeps resetting every time I log out of the game, along with custom skins reverting to the default skin.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Turn off the profanity filter toggle.
2. Equip an imported custom skin.
3. Log out of the game.
4. Log back in and check both settings.

Expected result:
The profanity filter setting should remain unchanged, and the selected custom skin should stay equipped after logging back in.

Actual result:
The profanity filter toggle resets, and the custom skin reverts to the default skin every time I log back in.
