Skins not randomly changing back to default

Everytime I reopen Minecraft the skin I uploaded will completely dissappear and change to the default skin no matter how many times I reapload the character skin that I want to use the same thing happens everytime I've disabled allow only trusted skins and it still happens saving the skins also doesn't seem to fix the issue
