Holding down inputs spams Ore UI actions.

How to reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft

2. On the main menu, hold down the ESCAPE or BACKSPACE keys

3. Observe Ore UI spamming the same action

4. Go to the play screen

5. Click create new world

6. Navigate to the hardcore mode toggle and hold down the ENTER or SPACE keys

7. Once again observe Ore UI spamming the same action

8. Hold down the ESCAPE or BACKSPACE keys once again (if you see a modal appear, click “Leave without saving”)

9. Observe Ore UI spamming the back action to get you back to the main menu

Observed results:

When holding down inputs, Ore UI spams the same action very quickly.

Expected results:

When holding down inputs, Ore UI should perform the desired action only once.
