If the ice block is placed by player or generated by a structure block, it never plays ambience sound, unlike naturally generated ones.
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Create a new world with creative mode with cheats enabled.
2. Find a snowy biome with icy rivers. If you cannot find, try/locate biome ice_plains.
3. Listen carefully to the ambience sounds by ice blocks.
4. Now, make an artificial environment as a comparative experiment. For example: make an environment like this in Pic 1, or use structure block to copy and load a natural icy river terrain feature (as in the video).
5. Listen carefully to the ambience.[Note: For better observation, please switch off all sound effects EXCEPT Blocks and Ambience in the setting menu]
Expected result
The ice’s ambience sounds can still be heard in artificially made environments.Actual result
This does not happen, meaning ice ambiences can only be heard in naturally generated ice blocks.
