Pixel styled Unicode characters get anti-aliased when UI scale is set to 100%

In the JSON UI and in-game HUD/GUI, the game uses pixelated Unicode characters for some languages such as Simplified/Tradition Chinese. Pixelated fonts represent the game’s blocky style, and they work fine with every Latin letter. However, when the UI scale is set to 100%, all these Unicode characters get blurry edges instead of sharp edges, like they’ve been anti-aliased.

Steps to reproduce this issue:

  1. Set the game’s language to one that uses Unicode characters, such as Chinese.

  2. Set the UI scale to 100%.

  3. Check the edges of the Unicode characters.

  4. Set the UI scale to below 100%.

  5. Check the edges of the Unicode characters again.

Expected result:

Unicode characters would stay pixelated with sharp edges, matching the game’s style and the behavior of Latin letters. No matter what value the UI scale is set to.

Actual result:

When the UI scale is set to 100%, all Unicode characters get blurry edges.
