Icicle Tip MERS texture cause the block to be slightly brighter than the other parts

When putting a few Icicle on top of each other, you will see the tip is brighter than the other part of the Icicle. This issue is due to the icicle_tip_mers.tga texture being fully opaque while the other icicle MERS textures icicle_middle_mers.tga, icicle_frustrum_mers.tga, icicle_base_mers.tga and icicle_tip_merge_mers.tga are full transparent. Vibrant Visuals has a feature Subsurface scattering that can be done by making some pixels reflecting differently with lightning, in that scenario when a pixel is fully opaque the lightning pronounces it more than the other pixel. In this case, that cause the icicle_tip_mers.tga to be brighter than the other Icicle textures.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Place a few Icicle on top of each other

  2. Compare the base and middle of the icicle with the tip texture

Actual result:

you will see the tip is brighter than the other part of the Icicle. You will see a clear line separating the tip and the icicle below.

Expected result:

Icicle tip shouldn’t suffer from Subsurface scattering and have the same brigtness as the other icicle textures.
