Powder Snow Bucket is missing metallic reflectiveness from other buckets textures

If you compare the Powder Snow Bucket MERS with the others buckets MERS, you will see that it’s missing metallic reflectiveness.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open your creative inventory and take a few buckets (lava, snow, milk etc) and the powder snow bucket.

2. Turn off the daylight cycle and set the time set to 0 so you get the sun light to your face.

3. Put the camera angle to get the best reflection possible on the bucket for all buckets and the powder snow bucket.

Actual result:

You will see that the the powder snow bucket is lacking from the metallic reflectiveness.

Expected result:

Powder snow bucket should have the metallic reflectiveness effect.
