Mouse Click and Gamepad NOT WORKING !!!!!!!!

Just loaded the game after a week or so of not playing it and my gamepad has stopped working and I’m unable to click anything with my mouse.
Both my mouse and gamepad work perfectly find on everything else, only Minecraft is not responding to either inputs.
all I can do is use my keyboard.

It’s as if it’s in Full Keyboard mode, but it’s disabled in the games settings

I have googles how to fix this and all the suggestions either don’t work or what they are saying to turn off / on are no longer options withing the games settings.

I am now unable to play the game.

BUT!!!!

I have run this on one of my other PCs and everything is OK,

They are both the same version of MC and the same spec of machine, the only difference is, the PC not working has a graphics table installed, I have unplugged my GFX Tablet and restarted the PC and still no joy.
I’m going to assume Minecraft is thinking that this PC has touchscreen when it doesn’t and there is no option to disable touchscreen mode.

Now lets see how long it take to fix this issue, as it’s been almost a year now where the crouch button (o) doesn’t work when using a legit PS4 controller within game, but works perfectly when navigating menus.
