I too have the same issue, PC version of bedrock using a PS4 controller and DS4Windows, started before Dec 25 The O button works when coming out of a chest or my inventory and navigating through the games menu and settings, So the controller is fine and the game understands the command from the controller, but not when in game. Sometimes when I exit say a chest I will crouch instantly, but then can’t stand / un-crouch, sometimes my player will also randomly crouch and again I can’t get stand normally, I have to unplug my controller and plug it back in, then press O and I will stand, but then no crouching again. This bug has gotten me killed many times, getting very very annoying now. Added note, When I use my daughters cheap wired ps4 controller it works perfectly.
