Marketplace resource packs and add-ons that are owned by the account but not downloaded locally are displayed inside the "My Packs" tab under Global Resources.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Sign in with a Microsoft account that owns multiple Marketplace packs that are not currently downloaded to the device.
Open "Settings" from the main menu and navigate to "Global Resources".
Expand the "My Packs" tab and inspect the listed packs.
Click on any pack that does not display a local file size next to its name (e.g., VanillaBDcraft).
Expected result:
Only locally downloaded resource packs should appear in the "My Packs" tab, while owned but undownloaded packs should remain in the Marketplace library or "Get More Packs" section until downloaded.
Actual result:
All 65 owned packs appear in the "My Packs" tab; only downloaded packs show file sizes (79.5MB, 85.1MB), while clicking undownloaded packs triggers a "Checking download" dialog.
