[MCPE-244141] The shelf block's side texture does not match Java Edition

The shelf block's side texture in Bedrock Edition is slightly misaligned compared to Java Edition. The individual squares in the texture pattern do not line up as they do in Java Edition.

This affects shelves of all wood types, not just oak.

Reproduced in Bedrock Edition 26.60 (retail), 26.70.23 Preview, Java Edition 26.3 and Java 26.4 Snapshot 7.

Steps to Reproduce

Place a shelf block in Bedrock Edition.
Examine the shelf's side texture.
Compare it with the same shelf block in Java Edition.

Observed Result

The squares in the shelf's side texture pattern are slightly misaligned compared to Java Edition.

Expected Result

The shelf's side texture pattern should match Java Edition, with the squares aligned correctly.
