Skin Problem

Subject: Custom Minecraft Skin Not Appearing in Multiplayer

Hello Minecraft Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with custom skins in Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Android.

My custom skin is correctly displayed in the Dressing Room. However, when I join a multiplayer server (Enchanted Games), my character appears as the default Steve skin instead of my selected custom skin.

I have attached screenshots showing:

1. My custom skin appearing in the server menu.

2. My character appearing as Steve in the Dressing Room/in-game.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and help me fix it.
