Brittle Ice cannot beak when mobgriefing gamerule is set to true

Place a couple of brittle ice blocks, set mobgriefing to true by doing the /gamerule mobgriefing true command.

Step on the brittle ice blocks and you will notice they don’t break. Now set the mobgriefing gamerule to false and they will break again once you step on them.
