Importing some Add-Ons cause files end in "." on Windows

Since 26.70.20, the game now uses compressed files with no file extensions to store imported Add-Ons. However, some Add-Ons may cause a files ending in “.“ to be generated in the packs folders.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download this Add-On from here or through the attachments.

2. Import it using Minecraft Preview, since it now uses compressed files to store imported Add-Ons.

3. Check the “com.mojang\resource_packs” folder.

Expected result

There wouldn’t be files ending in “.“.

Actual result

There is a file ending in “.“.
