[MCPE-24665] Rails do not connect properly

When placing rails, they all face one direction, and dont connect to each other. I play on a Nvidia SHIELD Android TV

I am experiencing this issue too. It was working prior to v1.2.0.11. Now I cannot turn my minecarts.

UPDATE
This has been confirmed resolved in v1.2.0.15

Also affects tripwire. Like rails, will only place north to south, even when tripwire hooks are in adjacent blocks on the east and west. (Windows 10)
