Terrain Jittery Near 0 on the X and Z Axis!

I just updated my Minecraft a few days ago to v1.1.5 and I got on today to find that my terrain is slightly jittery. You know how terrain gets twice as jittery with every exponent of 2 you travel on a single axis? Well, the jittery is ACTUALLY NOTICEABLE NEAR 0, y, 0! (I put y for the y-axis because it doesn't matter what level you are on.) And it is jittery on BOTH the x and z axis! It's not a lot, but it is enough that it is NOT normal even at 1000+ blocks away from 0, y, 0. I don't know why the **** it is jittery, because I am clearly NOT 2^19+ blocks away from spawn! Please tell me what is going on! I need an explanation!
