Since build 4, you can not drag items because now you can only select the items as in the old MCPE UIs, even with the Classic UI attached you can not drag items and see their name, it's happening in the Samsung Galaxy J5 Metal).
In the first image I'm in the classic UI, the second I'm in the Pocket UI, in both you can not drag items and see the name of the items:
