[MCPE-24736] Controller tool-tips are different.

Controller tool-tips on Windows 10/Xbox One:
coloured
RT/LT are 3D

Controller tool-tips on Android:
not coloured
RT/LT aren't 3D.

These are controller symbols for the Xbox One Controller (the colored symbols.) Controller symbols are different on the Android/iOS/Samsung because it is not expected to be an Xbox One Controller (not colored symbols.)
