[MCPE-2485] No hotbar when enabling No GUI mode

What I expected to happen was...:
If you set on No GUI mode, the hotbar disappears

What actually happened was...:
The hotbar dissappears

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set on No GUI mode in options menu
2. Return to the game
3. There's no hotbar!

That is how it should be.

The hotbar is part of the GUI (graphical user interface). Therefore, no GUI = no hotbar.
