As I make Bricks from Stone other items disappear from my players inventory. This also happens when collecting other items sometimes, but that is the most common.
This bug also occurs on iPhone 6 and iPod Touch 5.

LOL ... yes, I realize that. But why do tools, coal, food, etc. disappear when I am making stone or harvesting crops?

However, this issue has been closed as a Duplicate of MCPE-18617.
I think this is the same issue as MCPE-18617 - Either way, it should be fixed in 1.2.

If you make bricks from stone, it will use up some stone. So depending on how much stone you have and how many bricks you are crafting, you may run out of stone.
