[MCPE-25323] /clear

On a freshly installed minecraft, generating a world in creative, then using the /clear command clears everything including the creative menu the only obtainable block is command blocks, blocks aren't even available by the /give as it gives invalid syntax error. Creating a new world does not fix this, its almost like it has deleted all block data.

Do you mean the creative inventory appears empty? If so, that might be related to MCPE-22309

No as that bug can be fixed by restarting the game, To fix this the game needs to be reinstalled.
