When I plug in a mouse & Keyboard everything works fine, except I can't look around. I can move, hit, look in inventory and move stuff in my inventory. But I can't look around. I changed mouse sensitivity and even tried 2 other mice but nothing worked. Just so everything is clear, I can use the mouse on other things in the game. Just not moving my character's head.
P.S. Works fine on Win10, just not Xbox One.

I have the same issue on my Android tablet. Head will move if I hold left mouse button while moving mouse.

The link you provided goes to someone that was using the android version. This happened to me on the Xbox version. During one of the streams they said keyboard and mouse support is in the game but it only partially works on Xbox One. I will look for the stream and provide a time stamp.
