/Title Title and /Title Subtitle Delay

When I connect 2 Impulse command blocks together, one with a /title command, the other with a /subtitle command, I have to activate it twice before it realizes that there is a /subtitle command. same for deactivating the /subtitle command, have to activate it twice for the game to realize that the subtitle is actually gone.
