when turning on classic ui, the settings menu and the world select menu don't change as they used to on older builds, i only get this bug in 1.2.0.31 so i think its a new bug.

I believe this is intentional according to the Build 9 change log:
Tweaked the UI in the settings screen
In fact I feel that the biggest complaint about the ui is it being too small, stretching the Settings menu makes it better.
