Blazes don't drop glowstone dust when killed like on legacy Minecraft Console Editions.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
Remember not all differences between game versions/platforms of Minecraft are bugs.
In the Bedrock edition, Blazes will only drop blaze rods as loot. As the nether dimension is infinite in the Bedrock codebase, Glowstone is not a finite resource, and can always be discovered and gathered by exploring new areas.

That sounds more like a feature request than a bug, since that was a console-only drop.
