Console Edition, Pocket Edition and Windows 10 Edition are in BetterTogether update the same thing called "Minecraft".

That is true, but legacy console edition had specific limitations that required some differences in features. The result of the update is that the limitations and different features no longer exist, therefore their lack of existence is working as intended and not a bug.
