Windows 10 Hosting world on a Network without internet. Android Cell Phone connected to the network gets message saying device must be connected to wifi to join server. I added the server ip to list. If you turn on use cellular data. It will attempt to connect but returns failed to connect. Turning data off on the Android device. Previously in 1.5 you were able to connect this way. The app now crashes upon selecting server tab with local ip server added to list. When the server is not added on list. It will show under friends tab only when cell data is off. Attempts but fails to connect.
Summary:
Windows 10 can not host a world on LAN without WAN.
