[MCPE-25914] Flying becomes stiff

Flying in creative mode becomes stiff - speed and fluency are decreased. Also, flying status won't be canceled after landing like the old alpha versions. This do not happen in the prior versions.

This is intended; flight behaviour has been tweaked in Better Together beta build 9.

Drift has been reduced in creative flight mode and players won't drop out of flight by touching the ground.
