When a default shulker box gets placed by a dropper, it turns into a white sulker box. When tested on my android phone (moto G5 plus) to assure the results, the box also wasn't usable.
Steps to reproduce:
-Get a default Shulker Box (not a dyed one)
-Place it into a dropper
-Activate the dropper, thus placing the block
Edit: After several minutes of research, I was finally able to find a report similar to mine. Since it didn't get any attention, I will link it on mine.
