After feeding cows (not sure if this is with all animals) an item in my inventory turns into wheat. Today I took a picture before and after feeding my cows and my spruce logs turned into wheat. It gets very exasperating a I've had my enchanted diamond axe and filled in map disappear. It seems to only happen with a full (or close to full) inventory.
