Screen tearing.

Max FPS is capped out quite easily on a modern PC, resulting in a monitor problem commonly known screen tearing. Software or driver vsync helps slightly, but NVidia's GSync hardware technology build in certain monitors is quite a lot better and allows screens to perform without any tears or ghosting above 60 fps. Unfortunately NVidia's GSync can only be enabled if vsync is disabled, which to date is impossible on W10E.

Please fix all forms of screen tearing / ghosting by allowing us to completely disable vsync, software-side.
