The console edition section is for Minecraft versions developed by 4J Studios. Minecraft (Bedrock) is not developed by 4J Studios. The "new" game is based on pocket edition (bedrock) code.

Yeah, I've got a new map in my utility belt and it doesn't do anything. Windows 10 edition whatever edition that is. v1.8.0.
