there seems to be a scrolling problem in minecraft

I was playing Minecraft windows 10 edition and I was playing along everything was going nicely but then I tried to add 10 or more players to My world and then Everything started scrolling out of control on my hotbar making it and the game unusable, somehow it also seems to have affected my notpad program as well but the problem started in minecraft so I think that addressing the problem here might fix all the rest of my other windows problems I have now, so can you please fix the ever non stop scrolliing of my hotbar in minecraft problem please thank you very much I dont know how to take a screenshot, please forgive me if I get it wrong...
