[MCPE-26567] CAN'T OPEN GAME!!!

Since update.... Upon starting game, there is a lucky blocks, "Sprinter Max" pop-up covering the screen. There is no "X" to close it, the words on the left are on top of each other and you can't get passed it. We have tried EVERYTHING(even cleared the data), and it is STILL THERE! THERE is NO WAY to START the GAME! PLEASE HELP!

Have tried to re-install (twice) and does not help at all. After tapping "continue" in the initial screen this appears and then always opens to this screen and is stuck. Please fix!

I have the same problem! The version of the game is 1.2.6 and I bought it from the Apple Store and when trying to access the game, it is only on a white screen and does not open. IOS 11.2

Have you tried deleting what you think is causing this, then running Minecraft without it?

@hefe The game uses a folder named com.mojang, and in that folder is where everything is saved, if a resource pack is causing this issue, it is in a .zip folder saved inside the resource_packs folder, if you delete a .zip folder from the resource_packs folder, it will delete the resource pack with that name, so try deleting certain resource packs and loading the game without reinstalling them until the issue stops. If the issue remains after deleting all the resource packs then just let me know.

You might be able to resolve the issue by completing a fresh install of the game (which involves either clearing the app cache or deleting the game folders using) - Be sure to back up any data (such as world saves) you want to keep though.
