[MCPE-26633] Can't tap and hold to break blocks if the tools is to speed (example efficiency 5 diamond pickaxe+haste 2 beacon cant break block instant)

Destroying blocks using efficiency 5 with or without haste 2 beacon can break blocks instantly but if tap and hold and hold with no block i front of the player still can break blocks instant

(Sorry if my english bad becuz im indonesian)
