(build 485422)
Before Better Together, if I accidentally hit a villager, the iron golems would start to chase me but if I ran and hid in my house by the village they'd soon forget their anger, and I could soon return to the village.
Now again I've just hit a villager by mistake, the golems (apart from the one I made) chased me, killed me. I respawned back in my house. Return to the village... And the golems still remember the crime! It has now been about three MC 'days' (sleeping in my house), and every time I return to the village they still chase me. Will they never forget??

I'm not sure about servers, but if this is a single player game just exit out and come back in. because of MCPE-29902 village data doesn't load. So once you exit out and come back in, the village gets recreated and all negative attitudes from villagers and iron golems gets reset.
