Places more than one block at a time

Seems when ever you go to place a block you will place more than one real fast if you hold left trigger down too long. Example try placing slabs down and you will sometimes place two slabs as a full block. Also when you sleep in a bed after waking up a message will appear multiple times saying this bed is occupied. Opening doors and other actions result in the same. It seems one pull of the trigger can equal up to 4 button presses. Makes placing block tedious when you unintentionally place more than one block. Should note that I have played using 3 different controllers one that is brand new and two older ones cause I thought my brand new controller was defective. It happened with all three.

This is a new bug introduced in 1.2.x it seems. It is related to movement. If you're standing perfectly still you only place one block. Whats happening is that any movement in the x,y,z planes immediately resets your block place / right click interact cooldown. you can exploit this to build extremely fast in survival mode by tapping any direction movement and then swinging your crosshair across the target blocks.

Also a problem on PC 1.2.1 windows 10 edition.
