When 3rd person is toggled by the left stick by pressing down while in a Minecart, the person view does NOT change. In other words, when changing to 3rd person while in a Minecart, it does not work.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get inside a Minecart
2. Toggle 3rd person view (must be toggled by pressing on the left stick)
