I've started a survival world and sometimes crafting crashes the game. When I come back, the items I had in the crafting table are gone. It's very annoying and will be a lot of wasted work when I get to more valuable things.

I have this issue as well, however mine only happens when I drag things around on the crafting station, like making a chest, instead of clicking it in the recipe book. For now I only use the recipe book to craft.

Something similar happens to me on the Lifeboat Survival Games network. Sometimes, when I enchant or craft an item, I exit the window and find that the item has vanished. I don't know why this happens. Unlike your issue, my tablet does not crash but still has the same effect.
