World ERROR/CORRUPTION

MY ERROR
When attempting to load my most recent World it displays an Error that says the following:

FAILED TO SYNC WORLD DATA
"This World is Not fully Synced or has been corrupted. Try playing the world on a console where its in a good state and try migrating it again"

But no matter what i do, it never fixes this issue and it never shows it is fully synced..

None of my other worlds are showing up either on any other console.

Also, my Connection on my world keeps showing up as Oops you've been disconnected when im fully connected
